I don’t know the store number, but the Leavenworth location is horrible. The only reason I shop there is because it’s the only grocery store close to me. I dread going into the store because they show they don’t care about the customer. The customer service is horrific; the young cashiers are on their phones and don’t speak or smile. There are only three store members there that truly go above and beyond. Namely, the managers, Brian, Cashier Sheila, and Greg, in customer service. They are great. The rest of the Employees show they don’t care. They all need more training.

Please open more checkout lanes daily, rather than making us customers stand in line for at least 30 minutes on a busy day. This has been ongoing since the COVID-19 pandemic ended. Now, it is time to satisfy all customers, including employees on break.

I shopped at the deli on Monday—June 30th. The food is fantastic and the service is excellent. No complaints! Store #1511. Casey was at the checkout. Very friendly and helpful. I certainly will be going there again. I never met any staff there who weren’t helpful. If you need anything, they have it.
